Services cover communication strategy, art direction, content creation and community management.
Pricing and payment
Prices are provided on quotation. A deposit may be requested before the service begins. The balance is payable according to the terms set out in the quotation.
Lead time
Deadlines are indicative and depend on the availability of materials provided by the client. Any delay attributable to the client may result in a postponed delivery.
Intellectual property
Creations remain the property of Penda Carlol until full payment of the service. After payment, usage rights are transferred according to the terms of the quotation.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. The deposit paid remains with the service provider in the event of cancellation by the client.
